ApplyMate AI is a paid interview-preparation product in The AI Tool Hub ecosystem. The legal seller operating the service is Himanshu Batham, at the business address stated in the Contact and grievance section below.

This Privacy Policy covers the ApplyMate AI website, intake form, resume and profile submissions, order support, and generated Job Crack Pack PDFs. Other websites reached through third-party links may use separate policies.

What information do we collect?

• Contact details: full name, email address, WhatsApp/phone number and optional city.
• Interview details: target company and role, experience level, optional interview date, job description, known rounds and preparation priorities.
• Career details: the resume file or pasted resume text you provide; if you have no resume, the education, skills, projects, achievements and certifications you enter.
• Order and delivery details: request/reference ID, payment status, provider transaction references, report-generation status and email-delivery information.
• Technical and advertising data: ordinary device/browser and server logs and, where enabled, website measurement information from Google Ads tags and related cookies or click attribution.

We do not ask you to upload an Aadhaar card, PAN card, bank statement or payment PIN. Please remove unnecessary sensitive identifiers from your resume before submission.

Why do we use these details?

• Validate and process your order for one target company and one target role.
• Personalise the five English-language interview-preparation PDFs using the information you choose to share.
• Complete checkout verification, prevent duplicate fulfilment and email the report pack to you.
• Answer questions, investigate failed payments or missing reports, and review valid refund requests.
• Detect abuse, maintain system security, comply with applicable obligations and improve the service.
• Understand aggregate website and advertising performance where permitted and configured.

Do not submit information about another person unless you have the right and appropriate authorisation to do so. Information should be accurate and relevant to preparing the requested pack.

How AI and service providers are involved

ApplyMate uses automated workflows and AI processing to draft role-specific preparation material. Submitted resume text, job details and preparation priorities may be processed by service providers needed to operate the service, including AI-model providers, hosting/automation services, Google services used for document generation and email, and PayU for payments.

These providers may process information on systems located outside your home region, subject to applicable law and their relevant service arrangements. We do not treat an AI-generated answer as an official employer question or a guarantee of interview results.

PayU handles its hosted checkout under its own applicable terms and privacy practices. Do not share card security codes, UPI PINs or OTPs with ApplyMate support.

Cookies and advertising measurement

The website may use cookies, browser storage, ad-click identifiers and Google advertising measurement tools to understand visits and campaign performance. These technologies may involve third-party processing. Browser settings and Google's advertising settings may offer some controls over this activity.

A payment-success page view alone is not intended to authorise an ApplyMate purchase conversion; the existing purchase-measurement process uses a separate payment-verification gate.

Storage, security and retention

Submitted information, generated materials and order records may be stored in the services used to deliver and support your purchase. Records are kept for periods reasonably needed for fulfilment, support, fraud prevention, security and legal or accounting obligations. The applicable period depends on the type of record and lawful requirements.

We use access restrictions and HTTPS for relevant website traffic, but no internet-based system can promise absolute security. If you suspect misuse of your information, contact our support team promptly.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can email applymateindiaai@gmail.com to request details about your personal information, correction of inaccuracies, deletion where appropriate, or assistance with a privacy complaint. We may need enough information to match your request to the correct order without asking for extra sensitive documents.

Some order and payment records may need to be retained where required for compliance, security or dispute resolution. Any rights available under applicable Indian law remain unaffected.
